Greetings and thank you for visiting Hat-A-Faya Shop !

Everything is handmade by myself with much love and care.

These general Terms of sale define, exclusively because of the
relationships they establish on the Internet, the rights and mutual obligations
of the parties and the various stages of the ordering process.
The act of validating your order means that you accept these terms and conditions and you definitely confirm your order.







★01- Payments

The available payments are:

  • Paypal
  • Bank Card

★02- Manufacturing/Preparation delays

The Preparation delays correspond to the time spent between your order and the shipment of your order.

If your item is in stock, your order will be shipped within 24h to 72h.

If your item is made to order, your order will be shipped within  2 to 3 weeks, it is the necessary time to carefully kraft your item(s). This delay may vary depending on the flow of orders and your position on the orders list (chronologically).


★03- Shipping

We ship Worldwide with Local Postal Service for regular shipping, Chronopost for express shipping, and Mondial Relay for shipping to a Relay Point

All orders are carefully packed in a bubble envelope.
An email with the tracking number will be sent to you as soon as shipped.

** 5 to 7 working days to DOM (Guadeloupe, Guyane, Martinique, Reunion, Mayotte), Saint Martin, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Pierre et Miquelon; and 7 to 10 days to French Polynesia, New-Caledony, Wallis & Futuna, TAAF.

*** Shipping delays garanteed to 18 countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Portugal, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Suiss, USA, Australia, Honk-Kong, Japan, China, South Korea, Singapour.

**** Chronopost delivery in 1 to 3 days to principal economic centers, in 2 to 5 days to greater part of other destinations. Please check the countries sheet to know the contries served by Chronopost.

We could not be responsible for any late or lost package. If this happen, please ask your post office with tracking number and shipping details or fill a claim on Laposte website.

★04- Returns/Refund

I put all my care in the manufacture of articles, and will do my best to satisfy your order.
However, if you are not satisfied, please contact me as soon as possible.

I do accept refund within 15 days after delivery confirmation, to the condition that label is not removed. Past these delays or without label, no refund will be possible.

Please not that the returned item should be in a perfect condition (no stain or odour), otherwise a retenue from 30% to 100% could be applied. Thank you so much for understanding.

  • READY TO SHIP items & MADE TO ORDER items are integrally refunded. You have choice to be refunded with a credit slip or directly to your payment account.
  • CUSTOM ORDER are unique pieces build to your own : them cannot be refunded for some obvious reasons. That's why we underline the importance of a good communication and back and forth messages.
  • Items with a high level of customization cannot be refunded : VERSATIL, VERSATIL VISOR, BICOLOUR

To request a return, follow these steps:

1. Login to your account
2. In your account dashboard, click on "Order history and details"
3. In front of the order concerned, click on "Details".
4. Select the item(s) you wish to return, indicating the reason for the return, then click on "generate a return".
5. The status of your return changes to "en attente de confirmation" (awaiting confirmation)
6. As soon as I receive your request, I will validate it on my dashboard and you will receive an email with the return address and the return slip.
7. All you have to do is return the hat with the return slip as soon as possible.

Upon receipt, and after checking it is in perfect condition, I will send you a refund or a credit slip, depending on your choice.
Please note that back and forth shipping costs cannot be refunded.

  • Custom order prices (out of catalog) :
    Because of the time spent developing your custom order (communication, drawings, particular fabrics, tests ....), The price of a custom order is at least increased by 20% regarding to the reference model.

  • Reseller & wholesale prices: For more information, please contact me with the reference of the product and the aproximative quantities needed.
