Most items are made to order.
In order to know how long you will receive your order, you must add two delays:
Preparation time + Delivery time
Items Made to Order: 1 to 2 weeks are needed for manufacturing
Items Ready to ship : 2 to 3 days
I put all my care in the manufacture of articles, and will do my best to satisfy your order.
However, if you are not satisfied, please contact me as soon as possible.
I do accept refund within 15 days after delivery confirmation, to the condition that label is not removed. Past these delays or without label, no refund will be possible.
Please not that the returned item should be in a perfect condition (no stain or odour), otherwise a retenue from 30% to 100% could be applied. Thank you so much for understanding.
1. Login to your account
2. In your account dashboard, click on "Order history and details"
3. In front of the order concerned, click on "Details".
4. Select the item(s) you wish to return, indicating the reason for the return, then click on "generate a return".
5. The status of your return changes to "en attente de confirmation" (awaiting confirmation)
6. As soon as I receive your request, I will validate it on my dashboard and you will receive an email with the return address and the return slip.
7. All you have to do is return the hat with the return slip as soon as possible.
Upon receipt, and after checking it is in perfect condition, I will send you a refund or a credit slip, depending on your choice.
Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded.
