How much are the delivery costs ?

Point Relay delivery is free in France for all orders over €50.
In
the European Union and in the French Overseas Territories from  €100.


Apart from this condition, delivery costs are as follows:

- France - Delivery in your letterbox without signature / without insurance:
from 6€60 for shipments less than 250g (from 1 to 2 hats)

- France - Delivery to Relai Point:
7€ for any shipment less than 500g (Free from 50€ of purchases)

- DOM TOM - Delivery in your letterbox without signature / without insurance:
from 6€60 for shipments less than 250g, i.e. 1 to 2 hats. (Free from 100€ purchase)

- European Union - Delivery with signature / insurance:
from 15€ for shipments less than 250g, i.e. 1 to 2 hats (free from 100€ of purchases)

- Other Countries - Delivery with signature / insurance:
from 15€ for shipments less than 250g, i.e. 1 to 2 hats


Please note:

Additional delivery options are offered when validating your basket (e.g. Relay Point, signature, insurance, etc.) Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of your order.

Do you ship worldwide ?

We ship your orders worldwide.

Delivery is made by La Poste to the border, then by your national postal service to your home.

Can you make customized orders?

Yes, it is entirely possible to place an order according to your needs.

When will I receive my order ?

An approximate shipping date is displayed on each product sheet as well as on your cart summary.

Items 'in stock':
2 working days + delivery delay according to your location

Items 'on order':
1 to 2 weeks + delivery delay according to your location
 

In addition, an e-mail will be sent to you at each step:

1. When preparing your order if the item(s) are 'in stock' or When manufacturing your order if your item(s) are 'made to order'

2. When your oder is entrusted to the carrier, providing you with a tracking link.

How to return my order ?

Here are the steps to ask for a return:

1- Log in to your Hatafaya account.

2- In your account dashboard, click on “History and details of my orders”.

3- Near your order, click on “Details”.

4- Select the item(s) you wish to return, indicating the reason for the return, then click on "generate a return".

5- The status of the return changes to “waiting for confirmation”

6- As soon as I receive your request on my dashboard, I will validate it and you will receive an email with the address and the return slip.

7- All you have to do is return the hat with the return slip. Upon receipt, and after checking its condition, I will send you a refund or a credit, depending on your choice.

NB: Shipping costs (back and forth) will remain yours responsibility during our exchanges.
